I am not a fan of this war or even particularly this President.
However, as a vet I know that a soldier goes where told and fights whom told. A soldier is not a policymaker.
Don't like the military, don't join. That is your priveledge. But your right to your opinion and to voice it here, has been fought for and defended many times by soldiers for a long period of our history.
Soldiers are not the reason for bad policy.

You can't judge the military by what a few bad ones have done, that would be like saying all americans are murders and thieves just because of a few bad ones. Why don't you do your research instead of letting the media do it for you.

I was in the military and only killed non-innocent civilians that posed a threat to me, other soliders in my unit, or unarmed civilians in the area. I would have to say that your opinion is exactly that, just your opinion. You do have a right to say that they do that represent you though.

Tonight when you are at home safe tucked in bed , just remember that its us PIGS that are protecting your scrawny *** from enemies , both foreign and domestic . Oh, and by the way , we at least try not to kill civilians . Terrorists don't care who they kill . Here's an idea, why don't you go to Iraq or Afghanistan and tell them to stop killing civilians . Oh yeah , they'd kill you too .

They are not. What is sad is a spoiled brat like you is allowed to act like this. The military is the only entity that protects the freedom of speech you have to bash them. What you do is classless.

Not true at all. I agree that some people in the military are total morons, especially the ones who do things such as rape and kill people in other countries because they can (and we all know that just as everywhere else, there are some crazy people like that in the military, too.) But for every one of these, there are 500 more protecting the people of the US, regardless of their own ideas about it, putting their lives at risk no matter what.
