I'd invest it in literacy and primary school education for girls in the poorest countries. I think this is the investment that would give the best returns.
Many of the world's most serious problems - poverty, political oppression, environmental destruction and overpopulation have as one of their root causes the powerlessness of the very poor to make decisions in their own lives, and illiteracy is a major part of that powerlessness.
Education for boys is also important, of course, but I think you'd get the best bang for your buck with girls if you're seriously trying to change lives.

First, I would thank God for the trust and responsibility he has blessed me with.
Second, I would ask my boss, God, how he wanted me to handle this responsibility.
Third, I would follow through with the guidance, direction and instruction He gives me.
Fourth, I would be able to be a witness to the reality and power of God with what and how much God could do with 10 million U.S. dollars.

I think I would give some to my family and friends, and then give most of it out to charities, people who really need it!
