There are all kinds of ways to disguise a gift card...get creative. If it's to a restaurant, go to the restaurant and ask them for one of their little black books they hand you the bill in...place G/C in and wrap it. Put G/C in a DVD or CD case, replace the jacket of case with a homemade jacket and wrap it. Get a shirt box and fill it with bubble wrap and place G/C in and wrap it........Let your imagination go wild, have fun with it. Merry Christmas. ;)

You should put it in a box that it can fit in..like a wide jewelry box or even one of those boxes greeting cards come in. Put some cotton wool in the box and lay the card on top of it and put some more cotton. You can then wrap the box and the person will never guess what it is..so it'll be a nice surprise when they open it. This is a fun way to disguise your gift for the element of surprise as well as add functionality to the wrapping problem. Hope this helps and Happy Holidays!

Find a nice Christmas card and put it inside the card.
This is what I do with gift cards that I send.

They have cute little stuffed animals at the stores that are gift card holders. I got a little stuffed dog to hold a gift card my my in-law's favorite restaurant.

Put it in a small box or a very small Christmas bag. Better yet put it in a Christmas card.

in a big box stuffed with something slight heavy. Put the gift card in the evnelope, in the box.

I you wanna disguise it that's easy, just place it in a bigger box with lots of paper inside.
Or, you can just place it in a Christmas card.
Or stick it in a bag of something else, i.e. candy basket, popcorn tin, etc.

Put the card inside a jigsaw puzzle.
(Choose one with a picture that reflects the recipient's interests; sports, hobbies, vacation spots, quilting, whatever)

put it in a huge box with the best wrapping you can do. pt like a can of soup or something heavy in it.
or
wrap it as ugly as possible so no one will want it and take it home for yourself:)

rap it? like make up a rap about it? lol. i think you mean "wrap".
usually they come with envelopes from the store its to. thats weird.
just get a christmas card and put it in there.
