This is a difficult situation. My first advice would be to stop texting her immediately. This is creating a written record that can be used against you...keep all communication verbal. Next, get a good lawyer, the best in town. It may be expensive, but will save you a lot of money in the long run.

your question is a little confusing, but basically, I got she is just not that into you. You need law advice, tenant advice, which your landlord should be able to provide, and then you need a real strong drink. Calm down. think. people fall out of love with people all the time. Accept it while you are having your drink, and then put Elton John, or David Bowie in the old CD player.

I think that she can't just take your name off the tenancy and as far as the council as long as the rent is being paid i think that everything should be ok for the time being but you do need to resolve your differences try mediation.... the council do have these facilities if not not go through your solicitor..

Your lawyer is the best reference as to your rights in this case.I don't believe she can just make a claim of action stick without some kind of proof that the allegations are true.
You will need to talk with the lawyer you choose about how you need to go about proving her to be untrue with this in order to try and take over the property you both lived in together.
Call someone soon, don't wait it out and try to handle it alone. The courts will not usually side with you without representation.
good luck and try to have a good Christmas regardless.

This is not qualified legal advice but...

If all you did was reply to her texts, I can't see that being harassment. But what you need is professional advice. I know that's pricey so at this point call around local solicitors and see if any of them have a free legal clinic. Some firms run it, say, one evening a week, and you can just walk in and get free advice.

Obviously either English is not your first language or reading and writing do not come naturally to you, either way, ignore the idiots who will take the piss because of it.

anyway, you need to go to the citizins advice bureau and ask for their help.
Good luck.

If she has a restraining order, then you have broken it already. Don't text her back or fall into her traps. Call your divorce lawyer and explain everything and do what they tell you to do. Document everything and every call. Do not initiate or respond to her.
