Do you even know how Jeopardy works? You don't give a question, you give an answer. You don't ask a question then expect another question. So you give us an answer, then the person answers with the question. For example:
From you: A person who is educated in war, politics, world affairs, etc.
From us: Who is the person who determines a just war?
