An Akatsuki member. Not much is known about this character, as he has not fought yet. But he seems to have a connection to Zetsu, who helped him enter Akatsuki. After Sasori was defeated, Tobi took his Akatsuki ring. Many people believe Tobi is actually Uchiha Obito, because he wears, a mask, which could cover up his eye-less socket, and it has only one eye hole. His hair-style is also the same as Obito's and Obito died in the grass country, where Zetsu comes from, and Zetsu is a medical ninja which could be how he possinly survived. Plus, in Japanese Tobi is Obito backwards.

Tobi, was formly Zetsu's subordinate, is an Akatsuki member who became a full member after Sasori's death. He wears the same ring as Sasori and took his place as Deidara partner. There's not much known about him though...
