If your cell phone has blue tooth. you can buy small USB bluetooth adaptors that you can plug into you computer and transfer files by right cliking on the one you want send to>blutooth device.

Go through the "cell phone" manual...before that ensure that your mobile has the blue tooth facility..

Call your service provider and find out what the email address is to your phone and email it to your self.
