I have never rent the car before , I have about $7000 credit on my card and I recieved my credit card about 3 weeks ago, is that enough credit to rent a car with ?

you don't need credit to rent a car, you need a drivers licence, and insurance and the cost of the rental. some places will not rent to you if you are not yet 25 years old, some will but at a higher rate.

Yes, it doesn't take much credit to rent a car, but you will need to know if your insurance company will cover you in case of an accident. You can purchase insurance through the rental agency, or have proof that your own company will cover you.

Renting a car now requires a credit card. You say you have just receive one. Well that should do it ! All you require now is a drivers licence. If you have both!! Well bonne voyage!
