The manager gets away with stuff that she should be fired for I know I would be fired. She does not do what she is told or things are not done in a timely manor. She treats me as if I do not know anything, when I have been there longer. I feel that it is not right that she gets away with do it. She expects more of me than she does and when I try to do something she re does it when I do it right in the first place. I have had to cover my back because of her, but nothing gets done.

I have reported her to the SSM and RSD and LP. but it seems that nothing gets done. I know I should be patient, but it is hard.

Drag her to a corner or somewhere you can hash it out with her. Let her know everything you just said here. then tell her if she continues to ride your @ss and make you fell this way you will have a wonderful conversation with the boss. Hey, thought, maybe she is sleeping with the boss and that is why she is getting away with things? I would confront her and then give her a taste of her own medicine.

most places have a hotline posted with all the rest of the company policy/labor regulation stuff that you can call and leave anonymous information. If not, perhaps drop a note to whoever is above the management.

if you have already talked to her supervisor, and nothing is getting done, its probably going to look like you are just a disgruntal employee. my best advice is that if you cant live with the things that are going on use your experience and go elsewhere that will appreciate all that you do.

Report the problem to your H.R. department and let them investigate it, or to senior management.
