I'm 15 too! Well pretty soon I will be in January. So hopefully I'm be helpful. You could get her giftcards to some of her favorite stores. For the coat I would just get a giftcard so she can go & buy it or give her money because you might get her something that she doesn't like. Unless you know what she wants. Portable DVD player Wii A new phone Thats all I can think of. Hope this helps. :)

I'd avoid getting them clothes, because I refuse to buy clothes for teenage girls, even my own!!! I know at my daughter's high school (she's in 11th grade) American Eagle is a store many of the kids like, so maybe find "the" store that the teens like, and get gift cards to them.

My nieces who are a bit younger (11-12) want games for their nintendo DS - especially animal games and the Sims games. Also requested, gift cards to Abercrombie, Hollister, Aeropostale - you can't miss with those stores and teens.
Also they wanted iTunes gift cards (if they have iPods already) and chat phones where you can talk for free within 2 miles of each other - more like walkie talkies than actual cell phones.
iMotion things for iPods. They're like docking stations, you plug in your iPod and it creat light effects and sometimes move (one is in the shape of a fish and it moves with the music).

I'm 15 and i have an i pod and i love it. so that could be something. i pod shuffles aren't very expensive and they're cute. Find out what their favorite stores are.. most teenagers like hollister, aeropastle, and abercrombie so you couldn't really go wrong there. Lotions and Sprays from bath and body works or Victoria's secrets works. Purses are a good idea too.

hey, try www.findgift.com . it's really helpful on finding cute little gifts. You can put in the age, gender, how you know the person (friend, family, coworker, etc), and the occasion... then it shows lots of ideas. I think this is best because you know what they like and dislike, so you could judge from that and pick something cute off there!

If they are into jewelry, a nice silver chain with a pendant would be appropriate for both girls. (Something like this: You can order it with 2-day shipping in the next two hours or go to a department store or TJMAXX type place)
http://www.amazon.com/Sterling-Silver-Double-Flower-Pendant/dp/B0009GH012/sr=8-2/qid=1166642520/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2/103-1613625-1212665?ie=UTF8&s=jewelry
Silver earrings
gift certificates for manicures
hooded sweaters or sweatshirts from Old Navy, American Eagle, GAP, etc.
Amazon.com gift certificates
Fossil or Guess wallet, in assorted leather colors and designs, available at Macy's.
cute cell phone cases, if they have cell phones.

Cash! Get them Cash! All teens appreciate cash so they can go spend it on the clothes they want, or movies, or whatever.
Do not get gift cards. Gift cards are evil. See the link below as to why.

If you are unsure what to get them, I would suggest a gift card from Target. It's a safe bet.
