My gums are sensitive so I buy the less expensive regular kind of Crest White Strips (not Premium) and use just once per day instead of twice. I'm using them right now, in fact! They work, you just need to be careful about drinking tea, coffee, and hot chocolate as it can stain your teeth and undo the work of the white strips. I drink those types of liquids through a straw when I'm going through my box of white strips. I tried generic versions of the white strips but they didn't really work.
One problem is that I have a couple little white marks on my teeth from when I had braces back in the day. Other brands of tooth whitener make the white spots too bright, but the Crest strips haven't done that.
The none-Premium kind works perfectly well but just takes a little longer, and for me, it doesn't hurt my gums or make them itch like Premium did. I know others who do not have sensitive gums and they were ok with the Premium. The dentist can sell you an even stronger Crest White Strip, which is more expensive. Check the coupons that come in the mail - I get packets of coupons now and then, and they seem to always have a $5 off coupon for white strips.

Yes. They work better than whitening toothpaste, but not as well as a professional whitening kit and/or professional whitening services. But you must be diligent and follow directions, otherwise you'll waste your money.
And, of course, you'll probably need to reapply every 6 months to a year. And you should avoid coffee or cigs during your whitening.
P.S. It may cause some sensitivity in your teeth -- it did mine-- but it should go away after a few days afte ruse.

I don't think they are a waste. I noticed a difference the first time I used them, but its not like that for everyone. If you drink a lot of coffee, it may take longer to work. I do recommend them though.

Yes they work very well. The dentist say they are fine to use. Sometimes they do cause sensitivities to your gums and teeth. Just follow the directions on the box.

my dentist told me to buy the crest white strips premium first before I considered having them done professionally with the dentist. If I wasn't satisfied then have them do it.

I heard they work really well. I haven't tried them myself but I'm going to try them really soon. The best way to find out is to try them and see. From all I've heard about them they sound like the real deal. You can trust this product if it's from crest.

No.Unless your teeth just LITTLE whitening it works. But those things never work. They just rip you off.I tried it but it just made my breath better.I wasted almost bucks for nothing. If you want to tale a risk go ahead. But if not good choice. It is a waste.Just stick with other things. There are going to be new things.

Yes yes yes! Whitestrips worked really well for me. I do suggest using them, especially the premium ones that take like a week or less.
