Irish travellers are the scourge of the countryside they have no respect for anything OR anyone and we have to foot the bills!!

I've always had great respect for the gypsies; not sure why, just innate. Don't know anything about the 'Irish travellers', but if they cause pollution then I'm all for ... getting the guillotine out(?)
Perhaps your new friends from that 'three-letter organisation from the same country' could help?

Well we are a caring tolerant nation that's why, that why we are so popular in the world, everyone can come here rob us mug off our hospital, housing and benefits system without paying into it, then claim they are victimised by us and are entitled to the same right as the rest of the nation. those who shout for right for them, let them park their vans in the do gooders gardens and then you'll soon see how strong their faith is. One more point if you own a nice 4x4, transit van or caravan, then expect to loss it if there pykies around.

The problem in not Irish (are the ones who aren't Irish ok?) travellers it is anti-social, selfish people. If they steal from people and pollute they should be punished according to the law as anyone else would be.

We had pikeys set up camp near where we lived a few years ago.
They completely destroyed the area, set fire to a grove of trees and left the place piled about 7 feet high with junk and old scrap metal (and stolen burnt out cars!), plus they broke into all the houses nearby (one of them even tried to steal my dog!!)
The local council no doubt paid for the clean up (out of our council taxes which are too high as it is!)
They should have been moved on as soon as they set up camp, but no doubt they have all their "human rights" (we obviously don't!) and noone would have been able to do anything about them.
When you're working hard and paying your mortgage you shouldn't have to put up with that on your doorstep!

All the ones I've ever come across are scum sorry to say! They Steal,Fly tip and pay no taxes or put anything back into the country. They are leeches on the UK

Councils should always offer them dug-out areas to keep them below the visible ground level.
Then fill the pit in with concrete when they're sleeping....

Because we all have a right to live somewhere
because many travellers wish to settle but have been moved on by NIMBY councils and local protests.
Because there is diversity in our society which allows for people to live alongside one another. Yes we should all be law-abiding, but do not judge others unless yourself be judged!
Tolerance is a value you might wish to show.

they get away with stuff because they know too much, were do rotten polititions go when they want to stronge arm somebody without folk knowing it was them,they are great at harrassing people i get it from them, but its politicians thats at the back of it.
