use mozilla firefox its better than ie

or it could be your new hardware not getting along with windows...
or it could be bad RAM
but if it is a IE upgrade you,ve done get
Avant (Avantforce.com) my fav or get firefox
they are both multi - tabbed browsers and work great!

Since upgrading what? IE? Dump it & get Firefox.
