Centered text is usually bad.
The buttons don't match the theme. They should reflect simliar line and shape, using color that's harmonious with the other colors. Grey metal buttons are NOT.
You could use a little (notice I said little) bit of decoration in the white background areas.
Your flash takes an incredibly long time to load over a high speed connection.
In the flash animation, I would motion blur the animated frames of the helicopter. It'll smooth out the motion since it appears choppy. In the last several frames, fade out the blur to the original sharp image in the last frame.
Otherwise the theme and graphics are fine. You need to fine tune the organization of your text content. I can tell you spent all your time on the graphic but virtually no time organizing (or writing) the text.

Thank you everyone for the comments and suggestions! I am the designer and host of the website! I can assure you it is not the final product! the dream weaver buttons were used as a substitute so i could continue with the rest of the design. Also I need to think of something good for them lol! I think there fine for the time being! As for the flash I am not a expert at it just a amature when it comes to flash so I know its kinda cheesy and it takes a while to load thats why we got no flash and flash! oh and the Banner isn't staying its being changed to a AS350 B3 Helicopter!!!!!!!

it looks fairly professional. almost tooo red. but thats okay cus its bright and makes it easier to find things instead of some dark color, it looks fine. ive just finish a class in e-commerce which is internet marketing and has to do with the layouts of websites and how convienient it is, yours is probably an 8. good enough!

5 this is very poor. And now let's argument:
First of all, why would a site like this need a "Flash Intro" witch btw, is BAD.
Why would this site need a visitor count, since I can refresh the page and the page will simply get another count, so the counter is useless.
The buttons are cleary Dreamweaver made and clearly don't match the theme, not to talk that they ... again ... are flash!
In rest, the site is pretty ok.

8 1/2 on looks. You should know that the graphics (top header) take a while to load and I have a fast connection. Maybe breaking up the graphics into smaller ones might help. Other than that, it looks great!

That looks pretty good. DId you design the site? If so, good job!
It's got a very clean design, links all work and pages load pretty fast. The overall scheme matches well with the graphics on the helos.
I honestly give it....8.
