Web search the county and state magistrate court in which your divorce was filed. It won't most likely be free...but they will either have a website or a phone # to call to obtain information that you need to get those documents and the fee in which it cost to pull them, copy them, notorize them if needed and mail them.

You can't get the documents for free but you can get them by calling the courthouse where the divorce was obtained. They will give you specific instructions about what you need to do to get a copy of the papers. They are actually public record so it's not hard but there will be a fee and you want to make sure you have the right address. GOOD LUCK

Some states or counties within the state have them free from their website. I was able to obtain marriage records that way, but I've found most divorce records cost to obtain and you have to go to the courthouse that it was filed in in request them there.

online? no. not for a divorce. however, you can call the court and find out their policy on mail requests. Have the case number, the exact document name you are looking for, such as the judgement with the judge's signature ready. find out how many pages the judgement is. ask how much they charge per copy. Send a check with the exact amount with a prepaid envelope to send the documents back to you with the right amount of postage.
