Other than my arm being sore for two days, no other reaction.

I got the nasal variety.... all I can say about that is DON'T DO IT!!! Everyone I've talked to who got the nasal "injection" (its actually a wet substance they spray into your nostrils) has gotten terribly sick from it. I had cold/flu symptoms for almost 2 weeks (give me the regular flu any day!).
The typical reactions you might expect from the shot are sore muscles, achy joints, headache, low-grade fever and general malaise. These symptoms should only last for 3-5 days however - and not everyone will have any or all of them.

yeah , i used to get really sick for about 3-4 days , afterwords ,where i couldn't even raise my head up .
