A few years ago I was bored and in a bad mood so my cousin (who was my neightbor) decided to go outside and take a walk even though it was pouring down the rain. After I was feeling better we were skipping and jumping around, all kind of stupid things. I felt better. That's as close as I've gotten to dancing in the rain.

It was about 15 minutes ago. Me & Maggie,(my dog), was outside and it is spinkeling so we played around & danced & had a really nice time!:)
