Cauliflower, broccoli, peas, spinach. The last brussel sprouts I tasted were very bitter.

Lots of things actually that came from a better knowledge of cooking and how different foods can interact with each other.
Asparagus, tomatoes, cauliflower to name the first couple off the top of head.

I don't know if there's anything like that, but I loved seafood as a kid and now I hate ALL seafood. Same thing with peaches. Hate em now.

Can it be a drink? Coffee.... when I was 10 or so, the only way you could get me to drink coffee was if you ripped my head off, and poured it down my throat. Now I drink it all the time.
