hi, i was just wondering what's the difference, both of them are 667mhz....

Go for the 2 x 1024. The modules being larger and in just 2 of the DIMM's on your motherboard will be accessed faster (barely, but it will) also, you can add more memory assuming you have 4 slots. However, you should consult your motherboards manual to see if it is compatible with 1GB sticks of memory before you purchase. I would recommend the 2 x 1024 though.

Like posted above, use the 2 X 1024, it will leave 2 free slots for RAM later.

there's no different, but I suggest 2 X 1024 because later you can add two other Rams. Good Luck! Have Fun!

if you get 2 x 1024 you'll have free space on your system to add more thing later

Whatever's cheaper in this case. Both will do the same thing since you will be pairing them both.
