After a successful positive pregnancy test, they usually want you to go back for another pregnancy test in a few days to make sure that your levels are rising normally, and to make sure that the pregnancy is starting off liek ti shoudl be.

I had this happen to me. I had about 10 rounds of IUI before I achieved a pregnancy. Once I got a positive regnancy test, they called me and told me it was positive, and that in two days I had to go back for another pregnancy test. I asked why, and that is what they told me...to check the levels again and make sure they were rising as they shoudl be etc.

So this is a normal process to be going through after an IUI.

Good luck and congrats!!!

I'm 31 weeks pregnant currently from an IUI (and have the 'extra' tests done)...and my pregnancy has been completely healthy!

At 15dpo your hcg should be between 17 and 147 so you are right on track. When you go back for the next test your level will have either doubled or tripled which indicates a healthy viable pregnancy. Congratulations!

Yeah that am i able to occur. When i used to be 6 months pregnant with my daughter I handed out and used to be taken to A&E in which I informed them I used to be preganant (large bump provide-away) however they stated they needed to do a blood scan to make certain, lol. It got here again poor - I have been for three scans at this factor and in addition as I stated b4 I used to be large. I virtually rainy myself guffawing. I might ask your dr to retest. As you're feeling worn out and so on I might take a while out & calm down till I founf out the reply. Also ask to be despatched to ur nearby hosp for an ultrasound.
