Alotta people will say check the headers of the email...
However yahoo have disabled that.. You can view the "Full" header, but it no longer has the senders IP address...
So in short, it's not possible with yahoo any more !! Maybe if you look at the headers in outlook (Set up outlook to get you mail)... however it is likely that you will jsut get the ip of the yahoo server which is holding your email.
Bad luck....
Switch to Gmail !

Wrong about yahoo and headers. If you upgraded to the new e-mail yo can still see it though not with the message. In the old version you could see both together - go to help and search for view headers.

Open the e-mail in your inbox, then click "View Full Headers." The IP of the sender will be in there.

every person with a separate e mail software can use any call or handle for the FROM handle. i ought to alter my call and handle in seconds in Thunderbird to something. It via no potential shows a undertaking. Spammers do it to maintain mail from being back to them. there's no way so which you would be able to end it. If unsolicited mail is being sent to people on your touch record it shows that somebody have been given into your account and took the record. They no longer choose your account to apply the record. you may exchange the password to objective to maintain it from happening back. final your account won't end the unsolicited mail. it is going to end on it own. ? ??????q ?
