Can a motorcycle be legally used to carry fee paying passengers (taxi service) in Florida?

is there a code that states what types of vehicles can or cannot be used for taxis in Florida??

You need to get in touch with your local motor vehicle registration dept. and ask if your bike can be registered as a commercial vehicle (taxi) you also need to check that your drivers licence allows you to carry passengers, and your motorcycle insurance will also need to be modified to cover accidents, injury's etc. also what things your bike must have as far as safety standards are concerned
