if its a casual hug, just say "hey there, hows things going on with you?" then give her a friendly hug, but dont get all too close, it might freak her out...
yet if you wanna hug her as someone special, dont do it till she gives you hints that she has a crush on you!

When Christmas come just tell her that you what for Xmas is a big hug if that dot work wait on tell new year and tell her that you what a new year hug to start the year

2. just open your arms and go for the hug.

will if she is sad comfort her by hugging her or when she is happy give her a flower or a gift and tell her that you love her /as a friend\ then hug her that is easy
