How do I get rid of old e mail photos and jokes . over 2000! help me.?

go to the folders that contain these Items right click on the folder click delete then click yes,If this doesn't work go to mycomputer click on c folder look for temp internet folders open hylite first and hold shift and go to bottom of list click on last item go to file top left of page click delete then click yes.

Just click in the box to the left of the sender's name in your Inbox and then click on the 'Delete' button.
