They sometimes say that it is down, but if it says when you try to log in, keep on pressing ok and play because then it will give up. That works for me.
Also if you can't get the log in sign, then they are just down for a couple of hours, or even a couple on minutes.

It is concerning because we often can not log in or can't play Wheel of Wow or Wishing Well. For a couple of weeks they have said they are upgrading but we can get less often since the upgrades! At least before it was just slow.
They sure better be fixing it!!! I am giving three Webkinz for Christmas and recommended it to other parents.
There will be a lot of disappointed families if it isn't working on Christmas as they have been such a hot seller.

They are doing a lot of upgrades right now...lots of changes and additions. I believe they are also adding servers to handle the expected increased volume as a result of new users who received Webkinz for Christmas. I'm sure they are getting ready to send Christmas gifts to everyone's accounts like they did for Halloween & Thanksgiving.
So although the downtimes are annoying, we need to be patient and hope that the changes they are making this week will pay off next week when all the newbies hit the site! Keep your fingers crossed!
