Hate to say it but, get a lawyer. I think you might be able to get the marriage anulled because it's only 3 months. But either way get out of it if it isn't good. You'll be better off and so will your new born child.

Well, first thing to do is move out, get your own place. Next thing to do is file for divorce. Not sure what state you live in but in Texas you can do all your own paperwork and file without a lawyer. It costs about $200 in Texas to file for and complete a divorce but it takes about 3-4 months to complete the divorce. On the paperwork you list your unborn child and they'll make sure he gets charged for paying for it once he gets a job, it will also ask why you are divorcing and if you list his lack of employment and serious drug usage you'll have no problems getting a divorce when filing for yourself. If you have property between you it is often easier to let him have it all especially if you're not using a lawyer, people try to use property as a reason to drag out a marriage. Most importantly, decide you want to leave and then do it.

Make an appointment with an attorney. You need to find out what the laws in your state are re: separation/divorce and make sure the drug use is noted, etc so it will be taken into account when it's time for the judge to determine custody and parental rights of the child (after its born).

Ask him to seek help with his issues. Obviously he's not gonna do that. So pack his stuff and toss it out the door. Change the lock. Talk with an attny, regarding divorce, child support/custody, and request a restraining order against him, so that he can NOT return.

Next time you see him doing drugs, call the police. Get him arrested then you will have good grounds for getting a divorce.
