I went through internet options. Even used the little "Make Y! your home page" click.

Try uninstalling then reinstalling internet explorer... that failing start using firefox it's sooo much better than IE, it's free too !!

99% of the people who start to use firefox stick with it !!

Did you follow the directions after clicking on the link? Go to the Yahoo! page and do this:
Click on the Tools menu near the top of the screen and then click Internet Options. Click the Use Current button to use the current page as your home page.
