My laptop has 128MB of memory available for Graphics but I'm only using 35MB. How do I increase it to 128MB.

Enter your BIOS (it's different for each system, check your documentation) and you can change that option there.

Enter the BIOS, on most systems keep pressing F2 key during the start up and then adjust it there.

Get the latest Graphic card/Video card...that's the best way.

bios set up,f2 after restart u can chk d video memory or graphix memory

Read the manual of your videocard. or better yet contact your videocard provider.
