Do you mean password ?

Ask the System Administrator to reset it.

If this is a stand-alone home PC all you can do is reload the operating system to a new folder (assuming you have disk space) - then go in and copy as much as possible from the old Windows set up (you should be able to get back your Favs & desktop etc).
