There is a lot of controversy over myspace. I think its a great way to find old friends, school mates, and who ever else. everyone has a myspace these days. I know kids that have em even tho they dont have a computer, they go to the library to check their myspace.
If your not stupid and careful you can meet some cool people and keep in touche with people. ^.^

myspace....def a great place for nosy ppl ..lol i will keep this brief and to the point.. if u truly dont care about the way u live ur life or what u do or who u like. then myspace is for u its.. basically a page dedicated to your life.. and whatever is going on in it.. u can also see whats going on in other ppl lives as long as ur their friend and vice versa. it an interesting concept. except that u have to rate the ppl u love by putting them in some type of order.... ( hide ur top8) your boyfriend wont get to see that his best friend is number 1 on top 8 .. only post what u dont care for others to see or read. the rest should be fun fun.....

It's ok. People make it out to be more spectacular than it really is. Basically it's an interactive photo sharing tool where you can also leave people notes and link yourself to every person you've ever met. Sometimes it backfires, though. Sometimes you run across a person you never ever wanted to see again for the rest of your life. You think you're free, you'll never have to think about them for another second and then suddenly you stumble across their page and there they are, staring you in the face and giving you a coronary.
So... buyer beware. Actually, it doesn't cost anything... so... user beware!

Myspace is a great way to keep in touch with your friends and family all across the country. And it is a great way to meet new people

I love it..I have found soo many old friends on there and it's a great way to keep people updated on my life as well. Having said that there area ton of viruses going around on that page, and a lot of weirdos on there..so be careful...I found a lot of the weirdos left me alone when i made my profile private. But I made sure to put what school I was from so my old friends could find me

I like it. It is a way for me to express myself and keep in touch with family and friends that live far away. I use it to share pictures, videos, and anything else I want! Plus it is nice to have a little corner of the Internet all to yourself!

I have found friends and schoolmates that I lost touch with years ago, I wouldn't have found them any other way. I have also met new people that have helped me out professionally, and yes, in a profitable way. I can shoot quick notes to friends that I don't have time to talk to otherwise. As long as you don't carelessly put out too much personal information, it can be great!

I was totally against it until i got on it just to send one person silly stuff...now i love it! found lots of people I haven't seen in years. there are alot of porn bots u have to look out for...and it does get quite addicting!!
