does the salvation army in logansport help homeless alcaholics?

There are several here in southern california that do. We tried to get my brother in, but he just wasn't ready. I think they are a very worthwhile organization and there is a great need for that type of program. My brother ended up in a program run by Set Free Ministries, but they didn't really have a program to help get back into the workforce, they relied mainly on prayer, and some people need more structure while recovering.
