About the same time it became a crime to be an American...yeah...it's our fault...we are just Bloody Ignorant Colonialists after all lmao....

Seriously though, there is always going to be someone somewhere that doesn't like who or what we are. All we can do is be proud of ourselves, stand up for our selves and support those around us.

Personally I think you Brits are dam fine people and we Americans aren't a bad lot either (Ok...so...we ROCK ;) )

When you give in to the "PC" lot!!! I'm British, and proud of it!! If you let the "pc" lot make you THINK its a crime, then you are allowing it to happen.......don't! If you are proud to be British, say it, don't let anyone tell you different! YOU have the choice. If its a crime, I shall await my fate!!
I'm BRITISH and PROUD OF IT!!!

I am surprised it has not yet become illegal to mention that you are British. We will soon be known as immigrants in our own country, because all the immigrants who have been allowed in this country are more or less taking over England.

It isn't. It's a crime to be so proud as to hate other cultures and nations because of one's inability to see anything non-British has any value.
Which is quite right. I'm proud to be British, but I'm also proud to be able to enjoy an appreciate other things.

It isn't a crime, as long as you don't use it as an excuse to denigrate other cultures and peoples.

I cannot believe it has become a crime. Perhaps your way of expressing it is no longer popular, however. Is it really proud to be British, or proud to NOT be those others you consider inferior? And are we Americans included in that list?
