How do you post pictures when you ask a question?

I was trying to share a picture to those about Sakura (my character) but i couldn't... SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

Well, you could direct the readers to a site where a picture is available.
For example, click on the first link below, please.
But when you go to the site, if it has multiple images (as the first link does) you could click on the photo you want and direct readers to that site - see second link, please.)

Click right over the picture go down to "properties" and copy that then you can paste the link on to your answer or question
