I would go to Vegas and party like hell girl. But if you and your buddies cant afford to go there then just go to the Chip and Dale strip club and watch them johnsons hang. Its your last time to party so live it up.

I know I know, Vegas seems kinda played out and like an obvious answer. But trust me, it will be goooood times. And you don't have to gamble to have fun, rent one of those party buses and get a bunch of your girlfriends together and have them take you around to all of the clubs and stuff. You will all have a blast!!
