I am the trained monkey at the front of the room, and I will perform amazing feats of attention grabbing proportions that will astound and delight you (or hopefully keep you awake, at least).

yes... i work at the mall (for now) and my kiosk is right next to Santa...and I apparently have "concierge" written on my forehead... so, I am "on" every day at work...it is definite pressure....
