There is nothing wrong with lethal injection or any other form of capital punishment! If someone chooses to violiently harm another human being they do not need to be on this earth. Death Row should be done away with once they are found guilty pull the switch. Maybe if criminals know they will be put to death a.s.a.p. the crime rate will go down!

Nothing is cruel or unusual about it.

Understand that those against the Death Penalty will try and find ANY reason to find any method that puts someone to death as cruel and unusual. If there were a way you could instantly terminate a life without any physical intervention (like by magic), those liberal organizations would still figure out a way to determine it as cruel and/or unusual.

Its only cruel and unusual for people not effected by the criminals actions. What did they do in the first place to get in that position? I am sure it was cruel and unusual punishment for the victim and their family. I say they are getting what they deserve.

I guess some people consider it as cruel and unusual, as it puts a violent criminal to death. Of course, I wouldn't mind seeing Ol' Sparky make a come back. That was the name of Florida's previous method of executing criminals, the electric chair.

Lethal injunction has not been declared cruel and unusual punishment in the U.S. Although it's not as violent as the other types of capital punishment (electric chair, hanging and rifle squad - all still used in the U.S. by the way), it still results in the death of someone, which is cruel and it does not always work the first time, which is cruel and unusual.

The only thing cruel about lethal injection is the 10 years+++ of appeals that the victims family has to wait through for justice to be served.

Lethal injection is the coo-shyest form of capital punishment of them all for all the damage and heart ache that the convicted one did to earn that punishment.
