I am establishing new cell phone service in Phoenix and I wonder which service people have used and have been happy with. In Phoenix we have the following options:

Sprint
T-Mobile
Verizon Wireless
Cingular
Alltel
Boost Mobile
Virgin Mobile
Tracfone
STI Mobile
Net10

Just looking for your experiences using these providers. Thanks!

Daniel
All the companys will have people with good or bad storys about their cellular provider. I have had Cingular for 10 years and found there service to be outstanding in New Jersey. That being said, myself or anyone else on here can not tell you whats good FOR YOU. Our experence is based on where we live, not where you live. This is what I would do
Verizon and T-Mobile have a 7 to 14 day return to cancel service. Cingular has a 30 day. Give those 3 companys a shot, pick the provider that has the best reception in the area YOU LIVE
Cheers

Verizon is the best. I have had Cingular and always got ripped off they had to let me out of my contract because they were double billing me and they were in the wrong. T Mobil is also ok. But I would recomend Verizon. Have had them for some time off and on for the last 8 years.

It would be best for you to find out from other people in your area which service works in the areas you need it. Each service has towers in different locations. You wouldn't want to get a service that doesn't work at you home or work.

Verizon works very well in Massachusetts. I don't know much about providers in Arizona.
