The courts should be able to take care of that in the divorce decree. If she fails to follow the visitation agreement, she will be found in contempt. I am sure it is tough when you can't see them, but let the courts take care of it. The only thing that might give you a problem is if she is keeping them away from you because you are abusive toward them. If that is the case, she will have a good chance of always being able to keep you away from them, and it would be in their best interest to be kept from you. If this is not the case, the courts can help you. They know how to find her too.

You need a lawyer. If she was granted full custody, then its going to take time and money. Make your chid support payments, document everything. If she was not granted full custody and moved out of state before the divorce was final and you have been a good and responsible father, then she's in a whole lotta trouble.

You have not stated how old are your kids. The court will decide with whom the children will stay depending on the facts and circumstances. Even if you dont get custody of children you will certainly be able to visit and spend time with your children. All the best.
