I've been on the Birth Control Pill for about 7 months now and my period has always come on time, just recently it came a week early and has lasted 2 weeks longer. Should i be worried?

Stress can affect your hormones & change your cycle.
It sounds like you might have skipped some pills.
I would go see your doc for a check-up.
You can get pregnant while on the pill.
B.C. pills should make you regular.

No, I wouldn't necessarily be worried. Have you missed a pill or two? My daughter had the same thing happen when she missed a couple days. Unless you are older and about to go through menapause, as a rule periods usually don't change. But to be safe, you should always check with your doctor. He/she can answer your question safely! Good luck
p.s. not to scare you or anything, but I have 2 friends that have both concieved a child while on the pill. It was kind of an oops!

I'm a nurse. Because you are on the birth control pills your cycle changes and become irregular, you are ok.

you want to work out your known practitioner. in case you won't be able to discover the money for one then flow to the well being dpt on your area and be considered there for low value or no value. you'll have a difficulty like fibroids. Get to a Dr. ASAP

I wouldn't worry too much but that does sound kinda odd, is it really heavy? are you sexually active? if you are you could have become pregnant and you might be having a miscarriage.
