Are you for more space exploration in the next 20 years, and why or why not?

I'm for it, I think in reflects the American spirit, pride and would have many benefits. Think if we spent all the Iraq war money on that instead...Some may argue we could spend the money on the poor, but there are always going to be poor, and their usually poor because they have kids when their unemployed or under employed...

I'm for it, but not at the expense of looted tax dollars from hard working Americans. Why don't we open up space exploration to private companies? If there are profits to be made, they can shoulder the costs of exploration and infrastructure.

i am all for it. i want to meet or interact with some kind of extraterrestrial life forms. i think i could make a great contribution to the space cause by being an astronaut. and what you said about the poor you were right. you cant make the world rid of poor people it is inevitable.

The humanity must colonize Space.
Otherwise it risks extinction.
All living creatures tend to diversify and occupy as much territory and different environments as they can. It is their insurance policy against extinction caused by dramatic changes in the environment and natural catastrophes.
