I wanted to create a sad AMV based on Bleach's Rukia X Renji.. But I don't quite get the meaning of the song... Maybe a bit but vaguely.. So.. What's your take on the song?

I think "Disenchanted" is more about selling out, not caring about themselves and what they do, and quietly agreeing for the sake of personal gain.

You just want opinions here right? Cause I have no earthly idea what the song is supposed to mean.
It looks to me like, in the beginning he is going over his life. Like it's flashing before his eyes. From childhood on up.
Then is seems to go into something about how pathetic someones life is. "Your just a sad song, with nothing to say about a life-long wait for a hospital stay". Like that persons life had no meaning or something. Or they didn't do anything with their life.
Idk. I'm just throwing stuff out here. Awesome song though. :)

ahhh I love MCR!
ok the meaning is about a person who is about to die in a hospital bed and the dudes singing about how he will carry on thru life and all that. also when it goes into the fast part where its like "sometimes i get the feeling shes watching over me" i think its a follow up of the song "helena" by them on their last albumn. You might wanna chack that song out. good luck.

the complete album "the black parade" is the tale of this sufferer who dies and is carried via the afterlife by way of this black parade (MCR). House of Wolves is the factor on this travel while the sufferer is watching again on his existence and one of the most errors he had made.

It's about the character in their concept album, known as "The Patient" who is seeing his life flash before his eyes and he is realizing that he had a wasted life really...because he's dying so tragically young, he feels useless and that he accomplished nothing in his short life.
