do you think there is a alien race in outter space and if there is do you think they are influenceing our behavior and society .

Doubtful. Although anything is possible, I suppose, I would tend to think, however, that an alien race would have to be technologically superior. And to have survived self-annihiliation during thier technological growth, they would have to be wiser and morally advanced and would most likely respect all forms of society (much like the heralded "prime directive" of Star Trek).
