That is very normal. The discharge could me parts of your mucous plug (some women lose it all at once others do it gradually) and your body is preparing for labor so the harder contractions could just be thinning your uterus and beginning dilation. That is all normal after 37 weeks and is ok. If you are still worried have your OB check your cervix at your next appt.

As your body begins to prepare for labor, the cervix begins to thin. If you have a large amount of discharge at once, you could have lost your mucus plug. These are all signs that you are getting close to birthing.
If you have any pain while urinating, burning or itching, see you OB/GYN right away to rule out an infection--urinary traact, yeast, kidney or bladder. If you run a low grade fever you will need to be checked. Unless you have any of these symptoms, the discharge is normal.
Congratulations! Maybe you'll have a New Year's baby!

Contractions are normal. Even painful ones. Not more than 6 in an hour, but youre far enough along to have a baby, so you want to time them, not count them. If they get five minutes apart call your doctor, and if they continue for an hour.
Discharge increases with pregnancy. It can run down your leg, or fill up a panty liner. Its normal.
Everythign you have discribed is perfectly normal and healthy for where you are in pregnancy.

This is perfectly normal. You are getting very close. I am 39 weeks pregnant and I have a heavy discharge as well. Just constantly put on panty liners as they are filled up with the discharge. The closer that you get, the more of the discharge.

It totally sounds normal to me. Your pregnancy hormones make your discharge change, whether it's heavier, more frequent, slight color change, etc. Your fine, but just to make sure, you can talk to a nurse on call at any hospital. It could also be urine from where your uterus is expanding and pressing into your bladder.
