Press the Print Screen SysRq (sometimes Called PrtScr Sys Rq or just PrtScr), and an image of your desktop will be on the clipboard, ready to paste into a document. Press Alt+Print Screen SysRq to take a screenshot of the current window (doesn't work if the window is maximised). Hope this helps.

[PrintScreen] or [CTRL + PrintScreen] will copy the entire screen into your windows clipboard. You can go into any program that accesses the windows clipboard (such as MS Word or Adobe Photoshop) and paste that image into your document by hitting [CTRL + V].
[ALT+PrintScreen] will copy only the current window. So if you want to only make a copy of the browser you are looking at, then use this option.

Press the button that says "PrtCr" or "PrintScreen" should be somewhere near the top of the keyboard then open Paint, or somewhere else where you can open images, and press Ctrl V or right click and click paste.

You can use ScreenHunter 5.0 Free to do this,
http://www.wisdom-soft.com/products/screenhunter_free.htm
Alternatively, you can press the Print Screen button which will capture your screen to the clipboard, open MS Paint or any other image editing program, and paste it.
