Walking, stimulating your nipples. These are the two best things.

I just had my baby ten weeks ago and my contractions were the same way, that lasted about 2 days then finally, I woke up one morning and my contractions were 3 minutes apart so I went to the hospital and they sent me back home because I wasn't dilating anymore than what I had already dilated. The doctor told me that I would probably be back that evening and sure enough I was sleeping that night and woke up at 3 in the morning, got out of bed and my water broke.

Your Dr. possibly won't opt to set off except your contractions do no longer progression on their own. It appears like your nicely on your thank you to having a infant. The greater suitable and closer at the same time your contractions get-the added you will dilate! that should take any volume of time...days? hours? minutes? a good buddy of mine replaced into 38 a million/2 weeks, lost her plug, dilated to 4, no contractions and he or she did no longer have her infant till a week a million/2 later. i wish all is going nicely and your infant is on your hands quickly!

So sorry bout the bells, it actually sounds more like your having braxton hicks if they are all over the place in timing, true labor pains a very regular.
