JOHN Belushi, and Dan Aykroyd. Great movie. Blues Brothers 2000 sucked so badly; I can't believe Dan even starred in it. And in case you want to know, their character names are Jake and Elwood.

It is John Belushi and Dan Akroyd
Jim Belushi was his younger brother. John Belushi was one of the original Saturday Night Live "Not Ready for Prime Time Players." So was Dan Akroyd.

For BB2000, it was Dan Ackroyd and John Goodman as either Jake's brother or cousin(BB 2000 couldn't stand up to the original in terms of laughs-or chase scenes-but the jam session at the end scores some good points for the cast- Eric Clapton, BB King, Jimmie Vaughan, Dr. John, along with the members from the old BB band..
