Uh...you have to have some basic knowledge about the devices you own.
And you have to know if you're in a Wi-Fi hot spot or if you're just stealing your neighbors signal....which could land you in jail.

Wi-fi doesn't neccesarily "cost money" unless you're using a web-access tool that requires a subscription. There are plenty of free wifi access points throughout the US.

The equipment to set it up will cost about $100 or so.

A ps3 has wifi, and a ton of handheld devices have the same. Some are known as Bluetooth, and others are simply wi-fi. You've got to check your setup manuals and see how to do it on the specific object you are using.

Runs off of wirless conection that arent protected, wifi costs money
