I don't think she pulled the trigger, but there was no way Kurt could have, either. One, he was simply too wasted on drugs. Two, there was no way he could have shot himself with that shotgun. But I believe that she knew, and knows, a heck of a lot more than anyone. She may have even taken out a contract on him...she's that whacko, y'know?

ok here is the deal.

she didnt find him dead, a dude that came to install an alarm did.

the gun was a 20 gauge,i have one,and yes,you could shoot youself in the face with it.

she definatly did not pull the trigger.

i believe she helped him relapse which mad him fall into the sucidle state that he was in befor he went to rehab(he overdosed a month before and checked into the rehab),he left that rehab and relasped with courtney,she didnt stop him,she joined him,which made it easier for him to fall back.the mental anguish of an addict is not comparable to any other mental condition,you think you are helping yourself but you are not.

when the buzz left he was just another junkie.thats exactly what he didnt want to be.so he stopped doing drugs the only way possible. he knew he couldnt do it. and he was right.

i am a recovering addict myself. i just got lucky i didnt have a courtney to help me fail.

I don't know if it was Love who killed him, but it definitely wasn't a suicide. If you take a look at the type of shotgun that was used (or almost any shotgun for that matter), it's physically impossible for him to even reach the trigger with the barrel pressed against his head. Somebody boned up...

Personnaly i think shooting yourself with a shotgun is not easy, in the head even harder. While high on 3x the typical LETHAL dose of heroin sounds very unlikely to me.
Doesn't neccesarily mean that she was involved but i definetly believe they closed the case to quick.

I don't think so. The police would have found something - - she's a lil' too dumb to commit a crime like that without leaving a single clue ;)

Personally I think she got him depressed even after all the ice, meth, crack, weed, etc. I think she made him overdose and with all of her lawsuits at the time, it was making them both depressed. Not to mention that they both did drugs and she couldn't help him get of of it. I heard a rumor that she would just sit with him for hours smoking and using illegal drugs.
