I get intimidated looking my self on tv, video or camera. I want to know if other people are like this to,so are you?

I'm not sure if I get intimidated rather than I just don't like how I look on tv, camera or in pictures. The shadowing is never right so I come out darker than I am, the angle on my face never seems to get it correct. . .
