There are many sword collectors all over the world. Swords were used in every country. There is no limit to the different designs. Many individual swords were carried by people we read about in our history books. They make great collectors items.
Your statement about swords and dragons needs a little work done on it. Swords and wolves are real, dragons and unicorns are not.

I think you have a different definition of swords than the rest of us if you're grouping them with animals (fictional or otherwise). Swords are long, sharp pieces of metal used either if combat or for decorative purposes. I can't see putting dragons, wolves, or unicorns in the same category. Sorry, maybe it's just me.
Besides, people collect EVERYTHING from old stamps and newspapers to grocery receipts.

You have to be kidding me. My friend has a sword collection that I would love to have. The two jewels among his collection are a confederate civil war sword passed down through the family and a samurai sword that his dad brought back from WWII.

Yes, Grassy collects some Civil War items that include swords.
Grassy collects old cowboy, outlaw, and sheriff tintype photographs and has a world class collection including many famous outlaws. Grassy would blow your mind if you saw the wealth of material Grassy owns. Grassy owns lakefront property also and many other assets.

Yes i did know that. a friend of mine makes inidan spears for fun and chases birds in the park in the summer. Swords and all those kinds of things are really quiet interesting when not used to kill other humans.

I know what you mean. I thought sword collections only occured in fantasy novels. The only person I can see collecting them is maybe a historian or an anthropologist.
